Team members communicate with each other continually at work, and most of these interactions are largely productive and cordial.  However, people sometimes encounter individuals with particularly difficult behaviors that make their interactions unproductive, stressful, and/or downright toxic.  To encourage a positive and productive workplace, it is important to develop skills to limit the number and the impact of these occurrences.  In this course through guided discussion, interactive exercises, and role play, participants will learn several types of difficult behaviors, and the causes and consequences of such behaviors, and research-proven techniques to handle difficult conversations.
