This interactive roundtable invites mobility managers and transportation professionals to engage in open dialogue around the real-world challenges and opportunities facing the field.  Facilitated by a Training & Technical Assistance Specialist from NADTC, the session will explore strategies for addressing difficult customer situations, coordinating services across agencies, identifying community transportation needs, and tackling rural NEMT challenges.
