Anna has nearly two decades of industry experience providing planning and policy services. She possesses a deep understanding of public processes and is committed to providing right-sized solutions, working with technical staff, elected officials, public agency and private partners, and public stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Anna’s experience includes transportation, land use, and multi-modal projects, and coordination with various state and local entities, including the Greater Richmond Transit Company, Virginia Department of Public Rail and Transportation, Hampton Roads Transit, Fairfax County Department of Planning and Development, Fairfax County Park Authority, Northern Virginia Regional Commission, District of Columbia Department of Transportation, and District of Columbia Office of Planning. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington and Lee University, and Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
