Connect with colleagues from across Virginia while enjoying one of the country's most beautiful theme parks, featuring world-class roller coasters, live entertainment, charming European villages, shopping, and attractions for every interest.

Your evening begins with complimentary motorcoach transportation departing the Williamsburg Lodge starting at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, you'll be taken directly to our private picnic venue at Black Forest Grove, where a delicious catered dinner will be waiting for you. The menu includes a variety of entrée and side selections, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request.

After dinner, the park is yours to explore! Your registration includes complimentary single-day admission to Busch Gardens, giving you the opportunity to experience thrilling rides, award-winning entertainment, unique shops, and beautiful scenery until the park closes at 9:00 PM.

To make the evening even more enjoyable, each registered attendee will receive two complimentary drink tickets, redeemable for the beer, wine, or cocktail of your choice, along with unlimited self-serve soft drinks during dinner.
