Carol Wright Kenderdine is a consultant specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, transit management training, board of director training and facilitation, business plan development, strategic planning, transit assessments, and assisting public transit and human service agencies experiencing operational or management issues. In addition, she trains on human resources, dealing with difficult employees and difficult passengers, sensitivity training, and driver and dispatcher training. Ms. Kenderdine is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer on accessible transportation, the ADA, updated policies on DEI, grant writing, and more. She also serves in a mentoring capacity for transit and human service agencies. She was the former Assistant VP of Easterseals Transportation Group and served as co-director of the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center. Previously, she served as National Director of Easter Seals Project ACTION and co-director of the National Center on Senior Transportation. Carol served as Associate Director of the Small Urban & Rural Transit Center, Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute, at North Dakota State University and as Executive Director of senior services and public transportation for a multi-county agency in central ND. She has a MS degree in Gerontology/Human Development & Education and a BS degree in Speech and English from North Dakota State University.
