Exhibitor packages may include event registration, exhibit participation, company recognition, and access to designated EXPO/vendor activities. Specific booth layout, vehicle display opportunities, electricity, equipment, and setup details are currently being confirmed with the venue and will be shared with exhibitors as soon as available.

A Platinum Event Registration includes all of the following:

  • EXPO Trade Fair registration and exhibition fees
  • Company recognition as a CTAV exhibitor with logo placement in event materials, as available
  • Company logo recognition during the event, as available
  • Premium display space, with vehicle showcase opportunity anticipated, pending final venue layout and approval
  • Expanded booth/display area anticipated, with final setup details, equipment, electricity, and furnishings pending venue confirmation
  • Eight event attendees, including complimentary tickets to the evening Big Night Out event

Gold

Gold Sponsorship includes all of the following:
