Dan Mulraney is the Founder of Mulraney Training and Consulting and a nationally recognized instructor and keynote speaker with over 20 years of experience in workforce development. As former Director of Cape May County’s Fare Free Transportation and a retired Captain of Police, Dan brings a unique blend of law enforcement, public service, and transit operations leadership experience to his work. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Stockton University in New Jersey and a Certified Public Manager Certificate from Rutgers University. Dan provides training and consulting through his business as well as providing training as a Master Instructor for the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) including the Community Transit Supervisor course (CCTS), Certified Safety and Security Officer course (CSSO), PASS 8 Train the Trainer, and more. He also contributes to the New Jersey Community Transportation Training Program and has held leadership roles with the New Jersey Council on Special Transportation as an Executive Board Member and CTAA as a former State Delegate.
