Sean is a nationally respected and recognized expert on USDOT-FTA D&A regulations. He oversees many of the firm’s largest multi-year compliance oversight projects and directs all of RLS’ D&A oversight/training projects for transit systems and State DOTs. Mr. Oswald has extensive experience in Federal regulatory assessments, having conducted over 1,000 compliance and policy reviews across the country. An excellent presenter and skilled trainer, Mr. Oswald is known for his friendly demeanor and ability to put people at ease and explain complex regulations and concepts.
